“I have been dealing with this company for over 20 years—and have bought two Toro snowblowers from them as well as a couple of Toro lawnmowers. A particular shout out to Mike, their mechanic. Yesterday I brought in my lawnmower because the on-off button had become detached—and I asked him to fix it—and also tell me whether I needed an oil change and blade sharpening. About an hour later, the call came in to pick it up. Mike had figured out a way to re-attach the on-off button—so he did not have to re-order the part AND he told me my blade was still sharp so no action needed AND he told me I did not need an oil change AND he told me there was NO CHARGE for all of this. I appreciate employee integrity and kindness—and this is typical of Echo—which is why I have been dealing with them for over 20 years.”

Turns out they had a returned unit from another contractor that wanted something bigger after a couple of uses. They gave me a discount on the lightly used item, which runs flawlessly after 1.5 seasons of use. Plus, they gave me a free pack of 5 litre Echo Red Armour 2-cycle mix for my patience while they were having a busy morning. I bounce around this shop and Sudbury Small Engines based on what I'm looking for, but prefer to shop here, even if they are twice the distance from where I live.”
